FOLIANT Mercury 760 SF is a compact, powerful industrial laminator of robust construction, equipped with a suction loader, a chrome-plated highly polished laminating roller and a compact separator. The following options are available: PET film lamination module, jogger, pallet unloader, pneumatic film carrier and electric laminator film manipulator. The highest speed of the machine is 20 m / min. The maximum output of the machine is 1200 B1 sheets, the maximum format is 74 x 100 cm. The FOLIANT Mercury 760 SF laminator is equipped as standard with a top loader from a stack of paper, with a suction loading head and a system of automatic overlaps. The entire loading system is driven by an Omron servomotor and controlled by a central PLC. The Becker vacuum pump is used to aerate the sheets and at the same time as a vacuum source for suckers. The sheet overlaps are electronically controlled and can be adjusted by the operator while the machine is running via the touch screen. The accuracy of the overlaps is +/- 2 mm (at constant speed). The loader is equipped with a movable electronically controlled table with fast feed and its capacity is up to 40 cm of paper. FOLIANT Mercury 760 SF is a one-sided industrial laminator for laminating sheets up to 74 x 100 cm, thickness 115 - 500 g / m2. The minimum sheet size is 30 x 25 cm (A4). For lamination of very thin sheets (115 - 150 g / m2) the machine is equipped with a unique adjustable transverse bar of U-profile. A double anti-twist device for laminated sheets is installed in front of the pull-out rollers. The laminating unit is equipped as standard with an adjustable double anti-twisting straightening unit: Adjustable straightening bar with blade Adjustable small-diameter straightening roller, protecting sensitive toners of double-sided printed sheets from scratches The handling of the foil is facilitated by an electric manipulator (crane with a winch), which is supplied by the manufacturer as an option. A part of the mandrel for unwinding the film is also a friction brake for setting the film tension and its compensation. Before contact with the roller, the film is further leveled by the spreading roller. The foil carrier (mandrel) has a capacity of up to 3000 m (foil 24 - 31 microns). A standard part of the roll holder is also a perforator (for separating sheets after lamination) and a cutting knife with covers (for cutting the foil to a smaller width before lamination). The lamination itself takes place at a temperature and pressure between a pair of master rollers - the upper roller is polished chrome-plated, the lower roller is polyurethane. The laminating roller is heated by an electrically infrared spiral and the temperature is controlled by a sensitive sensor. Thanks to the heating used, the warm-up time is less than 10 minutes. The working pressure is pneumatically controlled independently on each side of the cylinders. The pressure source is a compressor 150 l / min, 6 - 8 bar. The compressor is not included in the delivery of the device. The FOLIANT Mercury 760 SF laminator is equipped with the OMRON control system. The used PLC system includes a number of elements for automatic control of the lamination process, including, for example, easy installation of paper and foil, control of the lamination process itself and separation. All electronic components of the machine are controlled from the touch screen via interactive and easy-to-understand icons, which means, among other things, that no language versions of the control system are required for export to foreign markets. The integrated separator is equipped with a pair of high-speed rollers, which separate the laminated sheets of paper with cyclic contacts. This process is also controlled by a central PLC. Then the sheets are unloaded on the surface of a vibrating jogger (option) or stack unloader (option). The laminator processes polypropylene films (BOPP) with a thickness of 23 - 42 microns and nylon films with a maximum of 35 microns. A special PET module (option) is supplied for lamination of PET foil max. 35 microns. PET Module (options) This is a special design of the separator for the separation of polyester laminating film with a maximum thickness of 35 microns. Of course, the machine with the PET module also separates polypropylene foils max. 42 microns and nylon foils max. 35 microns. Pallet unloader (option) Furnished equipped with a scissor hydraulic forklift truck, sensors and pneumatically operated cellaring. The unit is installed at the end of the laminating line and controlled by a central PLC. The capacity of the standard pallet is up to 65 cm of paper. The handling truck can be operated from the rear or side of the machine by the operator (side handling saves space around the machine). Jogger 760 (optional) This is an adjustable vibrating unloading table. Its capacity is limited to a block of paper 10 cm high. Electric foil loader (option) Facilitates the handling of the load in the form of a roll of laminating foil (foil 510 mm wide and 3000 meters long weighs approx. 45 kg). The electric winch has a load capacity of up to 125 kg. Pneumatic foil carrier (OPCE) The standard film carrier is replaced by a pneumatically operated carrier, which allows easy installation of the film in the desired location. The carrier expands with compressed air and there is no need to hold the roll with foil.
