FOLIANT Gemini C 400S is a semi-automatic single-sided laminator for digital printing, robust construction, with pneumatic pressure of the main rollers, with built-in compressor, equipped with a conveyor for easy manual sheet loading, polished laminating roller and automatic laminated sheet separator. The machine is supplied with an adjustable unloading table (option) or a vibrating unloading table (option). With its properties and performance, FOLIANT Gemini C 400S is suitable for lamination of B3 sheets printed on offset printing machines and especially for lamination of B3 format sheets from digital printing machines. The highest speed of the machine is 15 m / min. The maximum power of the machine is 1800 B3 sheets. The standard design of the machine processes sheets with a maximum format of 38 x 58 cm. The extended version (with XL module, options) also handles 38 x 66 cm sheets. FOLIANT Gemini C 400S is a one-sided laminating machine for laminating sheets up to 38 x 58 cm (38 x 66 cm with optional module), thickness 115 - 350 g / m2. The minimum sheet size is 30 x 20 cm (A4). The lamination process itself takes place under high pressure between a pair of laminating rollers - a highly polished chrome-plated roller with electric heating and a lower pressure roller. High pressure is a condition for quality lamination of digital sheets. The chrome-plated laminating roller is electrically heated by an internal heating element with a sensitive temperature sensor. The lamination pressure is controlled pneumatically by a control valve. For these purposes, a small compressor is installed in the laminator frame. The machine does not require an external source of compressed air. A double anti-twist device for laminated sheets is installed in front of the pull-out rollers.
