Schmedt PräziCoat PRO

PräziCoat Pro is a machine for applying glue with a rotating roller for hotmelt. It is well known for its clean glue application. The speed of the rollers as well as the thickness of the adhesive layer can be adjusted. The machine is equipped with a patented, automatic viscosity control (AVC). This eliminates downtime caused by manual viscosity control. The sheets are loaded by hand, then transported by guide rollers and removed by hand after gluing. PräziCoat Pro is equipped with a built-in timer. The adhesive is heated for a preset time so that it is ready for use to start production. This again avoids unwanted downtime. To prevent condensation on the material, the transport rollers are located under the feed table. The device is equipped with air tables. All settings are controlled by a microprocessor. After gluing is complete, almost no cleaning is required. The machine shuts down and cools down. If cleaning is required, for example when changing the glue, the glue container can be easily removed.
